This DOCG Barolo is made up with 100% Nebbiolo grapes grown in vineyards located in Monforte d’Alba. The grapes are harvested exclusively by hand in the second half of October.
This ruby red wine with very deep garnet reflections – the king of the wines- has an exceptional bouquet and complex aromas such as berries, plum, strawberry, chocolate, dried fruits amongst others. It has a good body, good acidity and sturdy tannins.
It is balanced, frank, with rich plum flavors and a long silky aftertaste. It is both a complex and powerful wine.
