The color of this DOCG rated Chianti is a luminous ruby red. The wine is young, fresh and easy to drink.
This chianti is made from 100% Sangiovese grapes. The grapes, once they reach the cellar, are gently pressed then fermented separately at a max temperature of 28°C in steel containers. They’re fermented in the same containers through malolactic fermentation. Following, they’re carefully blended by following a sensible quality selection. The blend is aged at least three months more in the bottle.
