This IGT Toscana Red have a flavor that suggests red fruit and coffee notes, with sweet and smooth tannins.

The grape varieties used for this wine are 60% Sangioves and 40% Merlot. The varieties are harvested separately to obtain the right maturation of the grapes. The grapes, once they reach the cellar, are gently pressed then fermented separately at a max temperature of 28°C in steel containers. They’re fermented in the same containers through malolactic fermentation. Following, they’re carefully blended by following a sensible quality selection. The blend is aged at least three months more in the bottle.
