Ramato, Pinot Grigio
100% Pinot Grigio. The grape harvest is traditional hand-picking from 5th to15th of September. The wine-making is white after a brief cryo-maceration of the skins. It is bottled in the month of January following the harvest. The short maceration of the skins gives the Pinot Grigio its characteristic COPPER color and exalts fragrance, persistence and pleasantness.
