The Amarone Acinatico is produced from the best selection of hand selected grapes from the Bessole and Cavalo vineyards after a withering process of 120 days and long aging in oak "barriques".

TASTING NOTES

It is a wine of great structure, complex, elegant and velvet like. The color is deep garnet red with a bouquet which is warm, spicy and has the aroma of dried fruit.  It is wine that can withstand long aging.

PAIRINGS

Traditionally combines well with game, grilled meat, roasts and mature cheeses.  Serve at a temperature of 18-19 degrees C being careful to open the bottle at least 2 hours prior to drinking.
